Email us at contact@duksia.com. We reply within 3 business days.
When reporting a technical problem, please include your device model, its OS version, and your Duksia version (visible in your phone's settings, under the app's entry). It saves a round trip.
No places show up around me
This is the most common case, and it is not a fault: Duksia is launching with a small number of areas.
Places are currently listed in Senlis, in Bergerac, and around Lake Serre-Ponçon. Elsewhere the map loads correctly, but no places have been added yet.
Tell us which town you are missing at contact@duksia.com — we prioritise the most requested ones.
Location is not working
Duksia needs your position to show places around you. If the screen says location is disabled:
- Open your phone's settings, then the Duksia entry.
- Allow access to your location (“While Using the App” is enough).
- Return to Duksia and tap “Try again”.
- Indoors, the position can take a few seconds to settle — move near a window or step outside.
Delete my account
Deletion happens in the app, without going through us: open the Account screen, then “Delete my account”.
This is permanent: your account and its associated data are deleted, and it cannot be undone.
If you cannot access your account, email us at contact@duksia.com and we will delete it for you.
Signing in with Apple or Google
Duksia does not use passwords — sign-in goes through Apple or Google, so there is nothing to reset.
If sign-in fails, check your internet connection and try again. With “Sign in with Apple”, the “Hide My Email” option is supported.
Changing the language
Duksia is available in French and English, and follows your device language. To switch, change the language in your phone's settings.
Report an error about a place
Wrong opening hours, outdated price, permanently closed venue, inaccurate accessibility information: these reports are genuinely useful to us.
Send the name of the place and what needs correcting to contact@duksia.com.
